OON billing alternatives to help your clients afford therapy:

1. Reimbursify.com: You are paid in full by client (can use Reimbursify credit card processing).  Ct submits superbill to plan with computer/phone; Ct. is reimbursed by plan. Therapists can pay monthly so it is free to cts, or cts pay small fee per session billed.  Benefits checker with paid plans. Offer: To get a 40% discount off  the Pro plan for 6 months ($59) and then 20% on the next six months ($79), go to www.reimbursify.com/practice-pricing. click on “Choose Pro” and use promo code GRISWOLD

2. Mentaya: You are paid in full by client using credit card on Mentaya app, Mentaya then submits claims.  Client is reimbursed by plan.   Mentaya is free to therapists, small fee per session for clients. You or clients can check coverage in advance using their Benefits Checker, if you pay an added monthly fee.

3. Thrizer: Therapist goes to portal to give session info, Thrizer charges client credit card and submits claims.  Two options:

• • • Client pays you in full, using credit card through Thrizer, which bills plan. Free to client, you pay 3% credit card fee to Thrizer.
    • Thrizer Pay: Thrizer checks coverage. Client pays you only their out-of-network portion of charges plus 5% fee to Thrizer; Thrizer pays you the rest.  Thrizer bills plan for remaining $$$; plan reimburses Thrizer.
    • Offer: Use special link https://join.thrizer.com/barbaragriswold.  If you choose to sign up after using this link, you will get $3,000 in charges without a payment processing fee.
