PROVIDER RAISE REQUEST LETTER TEMPLATE (FOR INFO, CLICK HERE)

$15.00

If you are a network provider for a health plan, chances are your biggest complaint is with your reimbursement rate.  But did you know that you can ask the health plan for a raise?  It’s true!  In fact, one survey of psychotherapists showed while 60% had never asked a health plan for a raise, 40% of those who had asked for a raise from a health plan had received one, often quite a substantial rate increase.

But what should you say in your raise request?  This template will give you ideas for wording you can use, and a sample format for your letter.

In fact, you will get access to two sample raise requests templates:  One that can be used by solo clinicians asking for a raise , and one for group owners who would like to ask for a raise for the clinicians in their group.

The templates are in Word format, so you can edit them and use them as a basis for your own raise request letter.

AFTER PURCHASE, you’ll be taken to a Thank You Page – scroll down and look for the blue link which will take you to the page with your raise request templates. You should also get an automatic email with the links, and a follow-up email with the links within one business day from our office. If you haven’t received them, check your spam folder, then contact us at orders@theinsurancemaze.com.

After purchasing this template, you may want to read my article on Raises to help you craft what to say in your letter – click here
